At Europcar we understand that time is important, and the busy schedules of our clients, we have developed the ideal solution for you.  Rent a vehicle for three days or more and we will deliver and pick up the vehicle at no additional cost to you.  You will now have additional time to do whatever other important things you may have to do.

Delivery Process

Delivery and collection of your hire car is available Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4.30pm.

24 hours before your delivery time, we'll ring you to confirm the details. When we deliver your car, all drivers will need to be present as well as the person who will be paying for the hire with their credit card. Your hired car will be delivered in an agreed one-hour window.

And as we're setting off we'll call you and let you know the name of our Delivery Agent who will be delivering your car and the make and model of the car, as well as the estimated time of arrival to your door.

When our Delivery Agent arrives, they'll verify your identifacation, complete the rental agreement, show you round the car and answer any questions you might have. Once you've signed for your hire, and payment has been made the keys will be handed over to you.

Collection Process

24 hours before your collection time, we'll ring you to confirm the arrangements for picking up the hire car. We can collect from your home business or hotel address - or if it's more convenient you can even drop off your hire car to your nearest Europcar location.

When we're setting off to collect your car, we'll call you and let you know we're on our way. We'll also tell you the estimated time we're going to arrive, and the name of our Delivery Agent.      

When our Delivery Agent arrives, dressed in our Europcar uniform an after showing their Europcar ID, we'll give the vehicle a check over with you before driving it away.  

Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

Payment for the full cost of the rental must be made on or before the time of delivery

• Free delivery & collection is available for cars rental durations 3 days or more within a 15 mile radius of the Rental Station.
• Free Delivery is only available to a business, home or hotel address. Collection is available from a home, business or hotel address.
• Free Delivery and collection is only available during normal Rental Station opening hours which may vary from Rental Station to Rental Station. .
• Delivery and Collection will be made within a 1 hour time framed agreed at the time of booking.
• The vehicle will leave the nearest Rental Station with a full tank of fuel. The customer is responsible for the fuel used for delivery. Unless the customer has taken the Full Tank Option, the customer is responsible for leaving the vehicle with a full tank of fuel on collection.
• If the customer's collection point is within 15 miles of the nearest Rental Station, the customer will be not be charged for any fuel used. Outside of this area the customer will be charged all fuel used for the collection of the vehicle in line with our refueling policy. 
• Free Delivery and Collection is subject to car and driver availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. The rental is subject to the normal rental agreement
• Free Delivery and Collection cannot be added once a reservation has been confirmed.
• Europcar reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend delivery and collection service at any time without giving prior notice.
• Before we accept your request for a reservation we will verify your identity and contact information by carrying out our internal checks. If there is an unsatisfactory search result we reserve the right not to proceed with the rental.
• Europcar retain the right not to deliver a car if you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions
